Hosting and server log files

Description of the hosting provider, the data processed (for example IP address, time, page requested), the legal basis under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and the retention period.

Fonts

The Inter Tight typeface is loaded locally from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts.

Images

In this draft, portraits are loaded directly from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which transmits your IP address to Unsplash. For live operation we recommend hosting your own photos locally; this section then no longer applies.

Contact form and email

We process details from the forms or from emails to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Add the form provider, retention period and deletion periods here.

Applications

We use application documents solely to decide on working together and delete them no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have agreed to longer storage.

Visitor statistics

To see which pages are read, we use Umami. The software runs on our own server (umami.infra.veydex.com), sets no cookies and, according to the developer, collects no personal data, only anonymous information such as the page requested, referring page, browser, device type and country. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Add the server operator, data processing agreement and retention period here.

Local storage

When you switch the colour scheme or add profiles to your shortlist, your browser stores this locally (localStorage). This information stays on your device until you clear the list or delete the site data. No cookies are set and no data is sent to us.

Selection links

When you share a selection, the chosen profiles and your optional details (project, note) are part of the link address. They are not stored by us; anyone who receives the link can read them.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
